1. Product Information**

- Pre-Order Products: Our Korean Skincare products are available for pre-order and will be shipped from Korea to Bangladesh. Please note that the minimum estimated delivery time for pre-ordered products is **30 days**.

- Handmade Products: Every saree in our collection is handcrafted with care, and the use of machinery is minimal. Each artisan creates each sari with great attention to detail. However, due to the handcrafting process, slight variations may occur, and no two items may be exactly the same.

- Quality Assurance : While artisans strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, slight differences in pattern or design might occur. Additionally, some saris may have minor dye or thread marks, which are typically removed after washing. However, due to the crafting process, immediate washing is not possible, so delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Return Policy:

- Before Acceptance : We request that you inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is free from defects or damages, please accept the delivery and complete the payment. Please check in front of delivery man before receiving any product.

- Post-Acceptance : Once the product has been received and accepted, **returns are not possible**. We recommend that you carefully check the item before confirming your acceptance. But if you find any problem within 7 days, we have exchange policy.

3. Exchange Policy:

- Exchange : We are open to do exchange in cases of significant issues with the product (e.g., defects or errors in shipment), please contact our customer support within a reasonable timeframe( within 7days) to discuss potential solutions.

- Visual Representation : We strive to ensure that the products displayed on our website are accurate and represent the actual item. While most customers find the physical products to be even more beautiful than the photos, please note that colors and designs may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
